When will I receive my order? Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed until you receive that item.

I would like to exchange my item. As long as an item is un-worn or un-washed we can process an exchange.

I have a question regarding my order. Keep all original packing materials and contact Darter Specialties within five days at liz@darterpress.com or by phone at (203) 699-9805. Our hours of operation are 9am – 5pm EST, Monday - Thursday, 9am – 4pm EST on Friday.

My item arrived damaged. Contact Darter Specialties within 7 days for receipt and we will correct the problem. Please keep the item in its original packaging.
