Q: Can the items be exchanged?
A: Yes, SOME items can be exchanged, as long as they are in new condition (unworn & unwashed). Items that have been persinalized with your Local and Gift Items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable!
Q: How do I exchange them?
A: Call us at 203.699.9805, or fill out the “Contact Us” page on the web-site and let us know that
you want to exchange items.
Q: I do not know what size my I am?
A: The website has size charts for all items.
Q: What type of credit cards are accepted?
A: All major credit cards except for Discover.
Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: Orders will ship with-in two weeks, unless there is a backorder. If that is the case you will be
notified.
Q: Will the garments shrink?
A: Always folow the “Care of Garment” tag on the inside of the item. The majority of the styles are a
blend fabric and are pre-shrunk, however as with any garment it all depends on how you wash
and dry it - the higher temperature you run your dryer - the more likely it is to shrink a little bit.
